Put the lamb chops in a sealed plastic bag

Mix the marinade ingredients well in a medium bowl and pour the marinade over the lamb coats. Leave it in the fridge for 6 hours

Remove the marinated chops from the bag and press them with a paper towel, discard the remaining marinade

Heat the grill to a moderate temperature or 190 C

Sprinkle the chops with oil and season with salt and pepper

Leave the chops on the grill on each side for about 5 minutes.

After taking them off the grill, put them in aluminum foil and let them cool for 5 minutes before cutting them.
