A very fragrant dessert easy and quick to prepare.
- 4 eggs
- 500 g of cottage cheese
- 180 g blueberry yogurt (optional)
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 100 g butter
- 1/2 sachet of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon orange peel
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 5-6 tablespoons flour

RECIPE PREPARATION Wet cake dessert with cheese, yogurt and raisins:
I put the raisins in water with rum to hydrate.
I shaved the orange peel.
I separated the eggs, at room temperature, the egg whites.
I beat the egg whites well. I added powdered sugar.
Then I added the yolks one by one.
I melted the butter and let it cool.
I mixed it with cheese and yogurt.
I added vanilla sugar and orange peel and baking powder.
Then I added flour.
I obtained a uniform, consistent composition.
I added eggs and slowly incorporated them into the composition.
I wallpapered a tray.
I put the composition. I added the raisins.
I left it in the oven on medium heat for about 45 minutes.
After it cooled down, I portioned it.
