- 1 l milk,

RECIPE PREPARATION Creamy with white chocolate:
Melt the margarine and chocolate and allow to reach room temperature. Mix the yolks with the sugar, add the margarine, chocolate, flour, essence and then the warm milk, gradually mixing gently. At the end, add the beaten egg whites. Grease a pan with oil and line with flour; pour the cream composition and bake approx. 1 hour, first over high heat then over low heat. Allow to cool and powder with powdered sugar. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
